Selected paintings are available to buy online from this website. You can buy via PayPal, bank transfer. The cost of each available artwork  is shown in my collection. Delivery information and terms/conditions are listed below.

DELIVERY 

All art work is available for free collection.  Just fill out the form on my contact page to arrange payment and collection. 

 

POSTAGE AND PACKING FOR ONLINE SALES

For customers within the United Kingdom:

For orders made online or by phone I offer a free delivery and collection service within the UK. The item will be appropriately wrapped.

Items will be sent via Pack&Send using their specialist art service and will be sent within 3 days of payment been cleared. However, occasionally this date may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new estimated date with you.

 

For customers within the European Union:

A fixed postage and packaging charge of £65 will be added to the cost of the artwork. 

Items will be sent via Pack&Send using their specialist International art service.

Delivery will normally take between 1-2 weeks of payment being cleared. However, occasionally this date may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new estimated date with you.

For items 100 x 100 cm and over in size:

A £160 postage and packing charge will be added to the cost of the painting. 

Items will be sent via Pack&Send using their specialist art service.

Delivery will take place within 2 weeks of payment being cleared. However, occasionally this date may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new estimated date with you.

 

For customers outside Europe:

If you live outside the European Union, please contact me about delivery arrangements and cost. 

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that the Goods do not arrive as advertised, please let me know as soon as possible after delivery or collection. We will ask you to return the Goods to us or (at our option) arrange collection and once we have checked that the Goods are damaged or defective, we will either (at our option):

Provide you with a full or partial refund (including refund of any reasonable delivery charges which you have incurred); or

Replace the Goods; or

Repair the Goods.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are damaged or defective.

Please note that no claims will be accepted in respect of any changes in colouring of artworks which have occurred through natural processes.

 

Lucy McElroy is not responsible for the collection, remittance and/or payment of any taxes, charges, levies, assessments or other fees of any kind imposed by any governmental or other authority in respect of the purchase, importation, sale or distribution of the Goods and these are and will remain your responsibility.

Where Lucy McElroy has sold to you an original work of art then, no rights to exploit any intellectual property rights, whether by copying such work or licensing such work for reproduction or publishing such work in any format, including, but not limited to, sculpture, limited edition print, illustration or other form of artwork or advertising, is granted to you, nor should any such grant be implied or inferred. All such rights are expressly reserved to Ana Ortiz Fine Art and she does not guarantee that any such rights either will or will not be exercised.
