Prices
My prices are based on how much time a piece will take to make and any preparation required before I start, such as a photoshoot or compositional mock-ups.
Each commission is quoted individually after a discussion with the client. Examples of pricings here are to give an indication. Frames and mounts are for illustration only, prices are for the artwork alone. I can frame your portrait for an additional cost.
I am happy to work from your photographs if they are of a suitable quality, however, I prefer to meet my subjects and take my own photographs because this allows me to capture a better likeness.
There is an additional charge of £150 for a photoshoot plus potential travel expenses.
I have a waiting list and ask for a 50% deposit to secure a booking.

Pencil Portraits
Pencil drawings are best suited to portraits ranging from 20cm to 40cm.
The larger the drawing the more detail I am able to include.

Group Charcoal Portraits
Group charcoal portraits of 3 + people are priced at £600 per person. For this I recommend a photoshoot where I take the photos, this includes photo editing and montaging to create a beautiful composition where everyone is looking at their best.

Group oil portraits of 3 + people are priced at £1500 per person up to 140x140 cm. This includes a photoshoot, photo editing / montaging and my artistic advice at every stage to ensure you receive a timeless work of art.
